Zero disables a conversion. Crit is conditional on a landed hit; haste shortens the cast interval; periodic tick spacing stays fixed. A critical multiplier of 1 disables critical effects. Uses base effect values before level scaling, penalties, and target mitigation. Global cooldown limits, procs, and rotations are excluded.
