Bart Tidewater's a no-good cheapskate, I tell ya! "Captain of the Maiden's Virtue" he calls himself. That ship's sailed as far as a rock in Tanaris! He's no captain, he's an actor who won enough hands of poker to buy the Virtue in the first place! If you ever find yourself in Menethil Harbor over in the Wetlands, give this to him and let him know it's from ol' Half-fish. There's a boat from here that can take you right to the harbor, by the way. It'll be the second stop! And he cheats at poker!
